Director's short bio

Born in Athens, Greece in 1986, Mihalis Monemvasiotis has studied for seven years film studies in Greece, Denmark and the UK. His journey into the film world started at the early age of 10. In 2009 he directed his first short film, Nowhere which was an official selection to represent Greece in the European Union Cultural Capital scheme Europe in Shorts. Following this project, he enriched his experience with 7 more short films. His latest short "Every night I am falling out of nowhere", which is the third part of his thematic trilogy about the different aspects of reality, has been officially selected to 7 international film festivals including NYC International Film Festival and RAINDANCE International Film Festival. Currently he is developing a feature film and two TV-series.
